On Sunday, December 31, New Year’s Eve rolls out some upscale affairs, prix fixe dinners and debuts special menu items that RMFR wants to highlight from select spots around Colorado.

The Broadmoor holds their New Year’s Eve Bash at The Broadmoor’s International Center, across from the main hotel, with live funk, rock and blues music, small plates, a tapas-style buffet, one drink coupon per ticket and a champagne toast at midnight.
All-inclusive tickets are $150.00 per person or $75.00 for the after party only (includes dessert and champagne toast). Doors open at 8:00 p.m., small plates start at 8:30 p.m. and dancing and desserts begin at 9:30 p.m. with the celebration to conclude at 1:00 a.m.

Rebel Restaurant throws a heavy metal party with a four-course menu of adventurous eats like “pig part of the day” and a whole animal head with a background of gritty rock hits. Tickets are $85.00 and doors open at 5:00 p.m.
Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill debuts menu specials on New Year’s Eve like coffee crusted beef short rib, filet mignon, Korean bbq pork and kimchi fried rice with dessert and featured sparkling wines, craft cocktails and rotating seasonal taps.
The West End Tavern hosts a roaring twenties bash with small bites and cocktails all for $10.00 or less. Deviled duck eggs, bbq steamed buns, arancinis, corndogs and bourbon tiramisu accompany featured cocktails like the “Mountain Manhattan” with barrel aged Breckenridge bourbon, vermouth, bitters and “The Knickerbocker” with gin, bubbles and lemon.
