Plug in to Ring in 25 Years of Beer with the Colorado Brewers Guild

On Saturday, April 25, the Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG), a nonprofit trade organization for independent craft breweries, hosts a virtual “beerthday party” from 1 until 6 p.m. to celebrate 25 years of craft beer advocacy, education, and public awareness.

The Guild encourages interested parties to pickup/get delivery of your favorite local beer and tune in to hear the wise words from a revered panel of brewers that includes:

Due to the COVID pandemic the CBG made the necessary and wise decision to suspend two of their biggest fundraisers, Collaboration Fest and Colorado Pint Day. This event serves as a stellar reminder of just what makes this craft community uniquely special and and why Colorado so deversingly owns the nickname of “the State of Craft Beer.”

The CBG during their Collab Fest welcome beer brew day. *Sigh.

Mallory Hodgkin, the local artist behind this year’s Colorado Pint Day design, lends her talents to the party swag with a one-of-a-kind koozie to be mailed out to participants the following week.

Additionally, the CBG also launches a “Colorado Strong” campaign with limited edition t-shirt sales that benefit the guild’s mission to support Colorado breweries.

If you want to show the CBG some love but aren’t able to attend, you can still register and receive your custom koozie or, just continue to buy local beer from your nearby craft breweries to do your part in supporting these businesses during trying times.

Tickets are available at coloradobeer.org for $25 where guests get access to the Zoom virtual celebration plus the koozie, or pay $20 to just join in on the Zoom celebration only.
