The Modern Eater: What’s Cooking in Colorado Springs?

On Friday, February 19, RMFR had the opportunity to co-host The Modern Eater with Jay Parker in our home base of Colorado Springs, to highlight a few of our favorite restaurants, chefs and local purveyors. We get right to it in the kitchen with chef Mark Henry at Rooster’s House of Ramen, chef Mario Vasquez at Colorado Craft Tejon Street Social and chef Noah Siebenaller at Beasts and Brews.

Plus, we taste some local spirits from 1350 Distilling, craft cocktails from talented stickman Shayne Baldwin and receive an edible education from Sawatch Artisan Foods and Microvora.
