This Saturday brings the 12th running of Bristol Brewing Company’s frickin’ Firkin Rendezvous. The packed event usually features very interesting, small-batch beers from some of the best breweries in Colorado, which is why it’s one of the highlights of the festival circuit.
“It’s been very exciting to see this event grow over the past 12 years,” says host Mike Bristol in a press release. “The Firkin Rendezvous is a unique and varied exhibition of Colorado cask ales, and people come from all over the state to help us support the Colorado Brewer’s Guild.”
This year 37 breweries will present their cask-conditioned ales brewed just for the Firkin Rendezvous, including Bristol with its Winter Warlock Chocolate Malted Milk Stout and a Nelson Sauvin IPA aged in white-wine barrels. See the full list below.
The party starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 for designated drivers, $35 for general admission and $60 for VIP which includes early admission and a collectible T-shirt. Firkin-goers can also receive a free ride from Uber good for up to $20 when using the code “BRISTOLBREW.”
