Westside Investment Partners, Inc. confirms today that they’re currently under contract with In-N-Out Burger, the California based hamburger establishment, to purchase land in the Victory Ridge mixed-use development located on the Northside of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This is the first location for the iconic restaurant in Colorado and is seen as a prime spot just a half-mile from Interstate 25, with it’s proximity to the United States Air Force Academy, 15 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and 45 minutes South of the Denver. The growing build-out at Interquest Parkway and Voyager Parkway also plans to include a distribution center and office building to promote future Colorado growth.
There is no projected opening date at this time but movement on the project can start as early as the second quarter of 2018.
“We have been in discussions with a number of parties regarding an anchor tenant that can further our belief that Victory Ridge is the premier mixed-use development in the north Colorado Springs market, ” says Andrew Klein, a Principal with Westside Investment Partners, in the company’s press release. “The prospect of In-N-Out coming to the site confirms that belief, and we cannot be more excited to welcome this user to our project.”
