Amidst the challenges of COVID lock downs and restrictions, many of us find ourselves staying at home a lot more, and this temporary pause does invite some goodness: quality time with our families and pets, cooking homemade meals more often and for some, an integration of new personal hobbies. Yet, this transitional chapter also manifests in some difficult feelings too…wrestling with the anxiousness and uncertainty of a lingering period of time that most of us have never had to experience before, coupled with the inability to care and socialize for and with many of our friends and families.
To combat the negative vibes and help boost our moods, we make the suggestion to nurture something green, and what better time than now to curate your own indoor herb garden.
