We truly relish in letting our food flag fly on our RMFR podcast (where we “pull back the curtain” on all things rad in the local food and drink scene), but we are equally as stoked when our insightful and Colorado-minded friends hand us the mic to do gastronomic guest spots on their shows too! We recently had the opportunity to sit across from the brilliant and lovely Darcie, co-host of The Little London Show, to do a broad stroke update on establishments in Colorado Springs that are opening, re-opening, closing, expanding and just doing overall damn good work in this unmistakably thriving new F&B market.
