Brother Luck Street Eats — meaning chefs Brother Luck and Mark Henry — is partnering with Colorado Collective to throw a pop-up dinner at  Distillery 291 on October 25. Mike Myers’ Tejon Street distillery will play host to a five-course, fall-inspired menu paired with surrounding booze.

“I’m very excited to get back to doing pop-up dinners off-premises,” Luck says in an interview with the Report. “I think we’ll start to do extracurricular activities again, so I think it’ll be badass. … I love what 291’s doing.”

Expect lots of wooden barrels, and plates like whiskey-glazed venison with tawny date butter, sour cherries and sweet-potato pavé. Tickets are $75.

In the meantime, Luck and Co. are working with 291’s Philip Rawleigh to develop a full cocktail menu at the restaurant that serves only 291 products.

“So, that’s kind of the next phase of that partnership, is we’re going to feature all their products on our drink menu and he’s going to come up with all the cocktails for the restaurant,” Luck says. “If Street Eats is taking classic American street food and reimagining it, we’re going to do the same thing [with drinks]. Phil’s going to take classic American cocktails [and reimagine them].”
