Two days ago Rico’s Cafe and Wine Bar, the longtimeĀ food stopĀ inside Poor Richard’s, unveiled two changes: First, hours are increasing, with the cafe now opening at 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends. Second, and more importantly, a new menu of breakfast tapas was unveiled.
We were unable to reach owner Richard Skorman for more details ā possibly due to other major changes at the location, like the exterior facelift ā but a menu posted to Facebook shows eightĀ options from the “Tapa the Morning” Breakfast Bar, everything except the granola costing $1.25 per piece or scoop.
That includes items like organic potatoes roasted in coconut oil; gluten-free French toast with organic maple syrup; and additive-free chicken apple sausage.
