It’s that dark beer time of year and since banana bread always slaps in our house, we love the idea of combining two of our favorite carbs in one delicious recipe.
After discovering the Banana Beer Bread from Chews and Brews, we didn’t hesitate to put our own Colorado spin on it. We highly recommend adding a hefty pour of the Señorita Imperial Porter from Elevation Beer Company to upgrade these lovely loaves.
We find that the morning, noon & night baked good gets a little boost from the brewski’s sweet chocolate malts, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon to make this versatile breakfast, snack or dessert taste that much more deliciously dense.
