Garden of the Gods Resort and Club offers a new brunch menu in the Grand View Dining Room and patio area, open to the members and non-members alike, every second and last Sunday of the month into October. In true upscale hospitality fashion, the hotel highlights serving stations where guests can source made-to-order omelets, receive hand-carved slices of Colorado lamb or christen the meal at the customizable mimosa & Bloody Mary bar complete with fanciful garnishes. The buffet set up gives hungry diners plenty of options with Southern staples: fluffy biscuits and fried chicken, bacon and eggs for traditional breakfast lovers, Mediterranean-inspired Za’atar shrimp cocktail and citrus Dijon chicken and almost too pretty to eat confections for a sweet start to your Sunday Funday.

Garden of the Gods Resort epitomizes Colorado with it’s one-of-a-kind location and supports the regional, artisan community by offering, “a long list of local producers,” says Thomas Hartwell, Executive Chef at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club. Diners can enjoy thoughtfully sourced proteins from Wind Chime Farms in Rocky Ford, Colorado, cheeses from Sawatch Artisan Foods, Colorado hybrid striped bass from Seattle Fish Co. and greens from Microvora Farms and Emerge Aquaponics.

Grab-and-go from the greenhouse.

Beyond the diverse and delicious cuisine, guests can expect unrivaled photo opportunities with a picture perfect perspective of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods’ iconic red rock formations.

“We have the best view in Colorado Springs,” says Hartwell. “The views and the service are very special indeed, and we hope guests that stay and dine walk away feeling enlightened by nature.”

Sunday brunch begins at 9 a.m. with the final seating at 2 p.m. at $55/adults and $30/children, ages 4 to 12. Price excludes tax and gratuity. Upcoming Sunday brunch dates include: September 18, & 25 and October 9, 16, & 23.
