Garden of the Gods Resort and Club offers a new brunch menu in the Grand View Dining Room and patio area, open to the members and non-members alike, every second and last Sunday of the month into October. In true upscale hospitality fashion, the hotel highlights serving stations where guests can source made-to-order omelets, receive hand-carved slices of Colorado lamb or christen the meal at the customizable mimosa & Bloody Mary bar complete with fanciful garnishes. The buffet set up gives hungry diners plenty of options with Southern staples: fluffy biscuits and fried chicken, bacon and eggs for traditional breakfast lovers, Mediterranean-inspired Za’atar shrimp cocktail and citrus Dijon chicken and almost too pretty to eat confections for a sweet start to your Sunday Funday.
