Colorado Farm and Art Market will set up shop this winter at Cottonwood Center for the Arts, offering meat, bread, eggs, food trucks and handmade goods, the third Sunday of the month, January through May from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is the first year the market will try Cottonwood (disclosure: where I work), having set up past winters at Margarita at PineCreek.
That said, don’t count out summer just yet. CFAM market manager Natalie Seals writes via email: “We’re in harvest season, my farms have boxes and boxes of produce, but foot traffic falls off. It happens all over the state!” Through October, find CFAM at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (215 S. Tejon St.) Wednesdays from 3-7 p.m. and the Margarita (7350 Pine Creek Road) Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
