There are very few things that our kids agree on but breakfast, morning, noon or night, is certainly one of them.

The RMFR fam had the opportunity to enjoy the accessible appeal of Note’s Eatery, sampling the breakfast and lunch/dinner menus for some easy going, family-friendly dining that made everyone happy. Imagine that.

Beyond an appreciation for the relaxed aura surrounding this Northgate establishment, we love that the sunny side up eggs and morning pastries don’t quit after a certain hour, with breakfast served all day, every day. Note’s sweetens the deal with free pancakes for kids (with the purchase of an adult entree) which we routinely cash in on as our newly adopted version of “bread for the table.”

“Notes Eatery is the perfect place to bring the whole family because the menu features a variety of dishes that everyone is bound to love,” says Chloe Hoeft, Note’s Eatery representative. “For those who want breakfast, they can enjoy sweet and savory favorites all day (and night) and each dish is thoughtfully handcrafted with high quality ingredients.”

We like fat stacks and we cannot lie. Especially when they’re FREE

Note’s Eatery shares ownership and proximity to the newly christened Ford Amphitheater so concert goers can pop into the restaurant/bar prior to the show to take advantage of BOGO breakfast cocktails, another fluid offer that runs from the moment the doors open until closing time.

“It’s the perfect spot for a quick bite and cocktail before catching a show nearby, just a short walk away,” says Hoeft. “And you can’t forget our all-you-can-eat weekend jazz brunch, featuring live performances from talented, local musicians.”

We certainly appreciate an effervescent mimosa on a Saturday/Sunday so that’s always a solid choice but we point guests towards tasting the local angle with a Colorado Proud Bloody Mary featuring Denver’s own vodka, sourced from The Family Jones.

BOGO breakfast cocktails all day long

If you’re not obsessive about your eggs like we are, Note’s also offers a lunch and dinner menu from noon onward with classic Americana cuisine. We went in for supper craving cozy comfort food and found the remedy in an order of “The Zac Brown,” with juicy fried chicken, skin-on mashed potatoes and roasted corn, topped with Note’s signature country gravy accompanied by a “Smooth Criminal” whiskey cocktail featuring Chicken Cock bourbon.

“For breakfast, guests can expect unique entrees like stuffed French toast and the chicken tender biscuit Benny but the lunch and dinner menu features new items like the sweet Thai chili wings, Philly cheesesteak and classic homestyle meatloaf. Plus, the fan-favorite jazz brunch buffet is available every weekend with a variety of endless brunch items to choose from.”

Dessert for breakfast, lunch or dinner? Yes please

There’s something for everyone at this Northside hang whether you’re a “cool mom” looking for affordable and kid-approved mealtime solutions or a music lover in need of a relaxed place to park at the bar for quick apps and a cocktail.

“Notes Eatery is a unique space offering exceptional dining experiences and hosting fun events for the North Colorado Springs community,” says Hoeft. “Note’s chose and designed this location to be a welcoming space for all, especially families, where exceptional food meets a warm, inviting ambiance.”

Something for everyone with contemporary American fare

Located in the heart of the Polaris Pointe entertainment district, Notes Eatery is creating a go-to choice for the throngs of locals and visitors alike contributing to why this part of the city keeps growing and thriving.

“We’re proud to provide something special,” says Hoeft. “Our team hopes this can be a place where everyone in the community feels welcome and gathers together to connect over noteworthy food and drinks.”
