Tonight through October 31, the Margarita at Pine Creek is rolling out its fourth annual Lobster Week, a multi-day period of crustacean excess.
“We are sure you have all heard of a certain chain’s ‘lobster-fest,'” the restaurant says in an email. “We want to offer a better alternative for you to get your lobster fix in landlocked Colorado.”
Choices include three- ($42) and five-course ($49) meals, as well as a lobster-themed lounge menu. There you’ll find options like a New England-style lobster roll with house-made salt-and-vinegar chips, or a bacon-lobster-tomato sandwich made up of fried green tomatoes, pork belly and lobster with a creole remoulade.
