We just love love, and it’s been a whole six weeks since the holidays wrapped so it’s only natural to be gearing up again for another special occasion. Not that we truly need a reason but, it also gives us an excuse to eat lots of lobster and chocolate, so all hugs and kisses here. To make Valentine’s Day that much more extra, RMFR compiles some of our favorite special events, pairing menus, packages and pop ups in Colorado Springs and Denver to ensure that February 14, and the days following, is all about the lovers.

Colorado Springs

Paravicini’s Italian Bistro celebrates throughout the entire month with an ongoing Valentine’s Day deal that runs until Thursday, February 28. Get a four-course dinner for two with a bottle of house red or white wine for $75.00 that features your choice of a shared appetizer, salads, entrees and a dessert. We recommend opting for the to-die-for arancini, Italian risotto balls served in a rich pesto cream sauce. (Do lick the plate.) Plus, the veal Gorgonzola… Pure decadence at it’s finest.
