The Food Report recently broke the news that owner Dave Brackett and chef Jay Gust are tightening their grip on small plates in Old Colorado City with the opening of Enoteca Rustica. It’s a converted north-facing space above Pizzeria Rustica with its own food and dessert menu and accompanying unique wines and cocktails.

We finally have a look at the menu, which promises “classic Italian snacks, appetizers, antipasti & drinks before your pizza dining experience as well as desserts, digestifs & coffees after.”

Highlights include pistachio-stuffed dates wrapped in prosciutto, a ridiculous octopus carpaccio (as seen in the link above),  and a creative cocktail list featuring house limoncello.

Enoteca’s hours are Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m. Take a look:
