A few weeks back, I was offered the chance to sit down with Jake Brownell, a producer and journalist with KRCC, for the new audio segment of The Big Something.
The 18-minute interview ran last Friday and Sunday, and features better questions by Brownell than answers by me. But in it you can hear my musings on Colorado Springs’ cocktail culture, the role of the restaurant critic and more; “about his new project, his career as food writer, and his take on the state of the culinary arts in Colorado Springs,” as the station puts it.
